They spend their first night in pediatric oncology together on Good Friday. An adult son tells the story of his father’s miraculous recovery from a coma. Scholars discuss the death of the modern global world. Augustine returns and meets a boy on the seashore. Comenius returns and meets a girl who is the wisdom of the little ones. Sophia. Ferdinand Ulrich sees war, but also peace, which is only where God’s children are. Scholars discuss again and again the words and images that reveal something. Unity. The Trinity. New life from the relations of love.

The film includes interviews and testimonies from leading contemporary philosophers, theologians, scientists and artists united by a common search for a relational vision of reality that transforms the opposites and contradictions all around us.
